While cardboard boxes may seem cheaper upfront, they add hidden costs — like tape, assembly time, and replacing damaged boxes.
With BINS ON THE MOVE, our reusable bins are delivered and picked up for free, include dollies and labels, and save you time and hassle.

Recycling cardboard is better than throwing it away, but it still takes a lot of energy and water to produce and reprocess.
Reusable moving bins can be used hundreds of times before being recycled — which dramatically reduces waste and production impact.

We provide delivery and pickup within our approved service zones to keep logistics simple and cost-effective for our customers.
Each bin measures 27″ L × 17″ W × 13″ H — the perfect size for packing home goods, office supplies, and lots more.
They’re lightweight, durable, and designed to stack securely.
We understand plans can change.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before delivery, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours receive a BOTM credit minus a 5% fee toward future rentals.

Once bins are delivered, there are no refunds or credits.

Our bins are not for sale — they’re designed for long-term reuse within our rental program to keep costs down and waste out of landfills.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for most orders.
However, delivery slots can fill quickly, so booking early helps secure your preferred date and time.
Our standard rentals range from 2–8 weeks, depending on your needs.
Need more time? No problem — you can easily extend your rental if your move or project takes longer than planned.
We’ve created pre-set packages based on home size — from studio apartments to large family homes.
If none of the packages fit your exact needs, we also offer a custom option where you choose the number of bins and accessories.
Payment is due in full at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
We pre-authorize your card to confirm availability, and your card is charged once your order is verified and confirmed.
A refundable $150 Damage Deposit is required with every rental.
This deposit is returned in full once all bins and accessories are picked up and checked for damage or missing items.
Ok I booked it... Now what?
You’ve booked your bins — great choice! Here’s what to expect next, plus a few tips for getting the most out of your rental.
Once your damage deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your delivery time. You can choose any available day within seven days of your delivery date.
No problem! If you’re not done unpacking, you can easily extend your rental. Just email or text us before your pickup date, and we’ll adjust your order. Extensions are billed at the current weekly rate.
We’ve got you covered. If you realize you need a few more, you can easily add to order (subject to availability).
*Additional bins are billed per-bin at your package rate.
None at all! Our bins arrive ready to use – no tape, no folding, or building boxes. Just open, pack and go.
If a bin or accessory goes missing, the replacement cost is $40 per bin.
We’ll deduct this from your $150 damage deposit or invoice separately if needed.
(Be sure to double-check counts before pickup to avoid any surprises.)

After Your Move
Your move may be complete, but we’ve still got you covered. Here are a few common questions about pickup, deposits, and what happens after your rental ends.
No need to deep clean — just make sure all bins are empty and free of trash or debris, and ready for pick up stacked no more than 10 bins high. We handle full sanitizing and inspection after pickup, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
*However, if bins are returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $3 per bin will apply.
We understand things come up! If you need to reschedule your pickup, simply click the “Reschedule” button in your pickup confirmation email, or reach out to us directly — we’re happy to help you find a new time that works.
Once all bins and accessories are returned and inspected, your $150 Damage Deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days after pickup.
Absolutely! We love repeat customers — whether you’re moving again, decluttering, or starting a renovation. You can book another rental anytime through our website or email us for a returning customer discount code.
